RP's Top 11

Based on the September 2010 release of FIDE Rating List, 11 players occupy what's usually billed as the country's Top 10 players list.

Some notes about the new list:

- GM Wesley So shed 6 Elo points from his July 2010 rating
- IM Roland Salvador has finally breached the 2500-mark (he's reportedly achieved his 3rd GM norm, making him the newest Filipino GM)
- IM Joseph has also finally breached the 2500-mark
- GM Mark Paragua gained 20 ELo points, inching closer again to the 2500-mark
- IM Oliver Barbosa and GM-elect Ronald Dableo share the No.10 and No.11 spots with the identical 2448 ratings
