RP Women's Team: 2010 Chess Olympiad

I have a good feeling that the Women's Philippine Team would fare well in the 2010 Chess Olympiad.

Seeded No.50 (RtgAvg: 2107) in a 114-team field, the Women's RP Team - I think - is the best possible team we can send to this edition of the world chess olympiad

I simply like our line-up:

WFM Catherine Pereña (2103)
WFM Sherciala Cua (2099)
Jose Rulp Ylem (2039)
Jedara Docena (2033)

In Round 1, they are paired with No.107 seed Netherlands Antilles (RtgAvg: 1200) which are composed of all non-titled, unrated players.

It seems to be a light assignment in Round 1, but our Gabrielas should always be on guard.

Only if our Men's team is as disciplined as our Women's team in terms of composition . . . well, what can I say? Pinays are simply more loveable.
