10th ASEAN+ Age-Group Chess Championships Round 3

Two Filipino campaigners continued their winning streak after three rounds of play in the 10th ASEAN+ Age-Group Chess Championships.

Cherry Ann Mejia (Girls 14) and Jedara Docena (Girls 20) have erected a 3/3 performance to lead the Philippine campaign in a tough battlefield participated in by 10 countries.

Among the leaders, too, in the RP contingent are five Pinoy players with 2.5 points namely, Dennis Gutierrez, Jr.(Open 8), Paulo Bersamina (Open 12), Lennon Hart Salgados (Open 16), Sheider Nebato (Open 20), and Mira Mirano (Girls 12).
