Please find out: Is the zero-defaulting time applied in this tournament? If so, our local players should come early and be present at the board by the time a round starts--no rest room, no smoking, no snacks, away from the board!
Has Dableo suffered this fate against Wong Meng Kong? If that was the case, it was very unfortunate!

Typhoon Ondoy was the culprit in Dableo's 4th round lost. Ditto with other casualties who did not make it before defaulting time.
Still, too bad because tournament leadership was at stake during this round. We will know by the end of the event whether this has a detrimental effect on Dableo's result. Already he drew his 5th round game.
