Jasper Marce made it through as topnotcher of Board 2 group and locking horns with contenders like Highryll Tan of Cavite, Mago of Tanauan and Corteza of Cabuyao.

The format is the 2nd placer in Board 1 would meet the topnotcher in Board 2, while the top spot was dominated by Alanan with a perfect result.

There was a 5 way tie for 2nd spot among Noel Geronimo of Quezon, Los Banos' Oquendo, Sta Rosa's MJ Marcellana, Calamba's Jhoemar Mendiogarin and Dasmarinas' Jayson Danday.

Jasper eventually made it through 3 tense, grueling playoff matches after having 2 initial draws in 2 rapid matches then eventually prevailing in a 5 minute blitz playoff!
