Alphaland Summer Youth Rapid Chess Tournament
April 03, 2011 / 09:00 a.m. - 08:00 p.m.
3/F, Food Court, Alphaland Southgate Mall
EDSA corner Chino Roces Ave. extension, Makati City
(connected directly to the MRT-3 Magallanes Station)

The tournament is open to all non titled chess players who are bonafide students.
The tournament will be divided into two divisions: ELEMENTARY and HIGH SCHOOL

Tournament rate and play: 25 minutes each player/minimum of 6 rounds swiss system
Advance Registration Fee: Php 150.00
ON SITE Registration Fee: Php 200.00 (First-Come-First-Served Basis Only)
ON SITE Registration is strictly from 09:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m. only
All participants should present school ID or a certificate of enrollment from school Registrars.

Elementary division High School division
Champion Php1,500.00 + digital chess clock and trophy Php2,500.00 + trophy
1st runner up Php1,000.00 + medal Php1,500.00 + medal
2nd runner up Php500.00 + medal Php1,000.00 + medal
3rd-7th runner up each will receive chess set. 3rd-4th runner up chess set
SCHOOLS MOST REPRESENTED WILL RECEIVE TWO CHESS SETS
