The Veterans Chess Cup 1950 and below rapid chess tournament gets underway on Saturday (November 21) at the Barangay Veterans Hall in Project 7 in front of SM North Edsa in Quezon City.
The one-day event which offers P4,000 to the champion will be held in celebration of the Feast of Christ the King in coordination with Frisco Chess Club headed by Master Des Quisumbing.
