5th RAPID CHESS FESTIVAL

Barangay Covered Court, Chico Street, Barangay Quirino 2-A Project 2, Q.C.

The tournament is open to all non-titled chess players. Female titled chess players may join the tournament.

Mode of play:
Seven round swiss system with allotted time of twenty five minutes per player

Kiddies Division (14 yr-old-and-under)
Champion Php4,000.00 + trophy
2nd place Php3,000.00 + trophy
3rd place Php2,000.00 + trophy
4th place Php1,000.00
5th place Php 500.00
Top 10-yr-old-and-under Php 500.00
Top 12-yr-old-and-under Php 500.00
Top Lady Php 500.00

Open Age Division
Champion Php6,000.00 + trophy
2nd place Php4,000.00 + trophy

Top 18-yr-old-and-under Php 500.00

Note: for kiddies and open age division, pooling of prizes will be applied only from 1st – 3rd place.
For category awards, please bring proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, school documents or govt. ID)

Registration will start from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (first come first served basis)

Kiddies division Php200.00
Open age division Php250.00
