- For the first time in more than three (?) decades, GM Torre bowed out of the 2500-mark
- Among the Top 10, the biggest Elo point gainer is IM Julio Catalino Sadorra who added 23.3 Elo points to his May rating; on the other hand, the biggest loser is GM Mark Paragua who lost 21.3 Elo points
- As of July 1, 2010, the number of RP’s 2500-rated players has shrunk to only 4 from 6 in May 2010
