I found a Malaysian chess blog which features a lot of pictures of Filipino woodpushers who are participating in DATMO 2009. Check the site HERE.

Chess blogging really helps in promoting chess activities, especially when the official chess federation falls short of its job in bringing to the chess community relevant information about important chess events.

Would you believe that the official website of the Malaysian Chess Federation is a blogsite? See it HERE to believe.

I think the National Chess Federation (NCFP) is somehow a better official chess site compared to the official site of the Malaysian Chess Federation. At least, the NCFP has a domain name.

But as all we know it, NCFP's website really needs an overhaul and upgrading. Being the No.1 chess country in the ASEAN region deserves an excellent website.
