Shortest game in 4th PGMA Cup

I am posting this game between Glicel Gepiga and Ric Portugalera simply because of the fact that it was the shortest decisive game played in the 4th PGMA Cup Open.

Blunders in chess do happen, which makes chess enigmatic and exciting. This game, which happened to be an encounter in the lowest board, is no exception.
