NM Renato P. Soria

I received an email from our reader from the US named Vitaliano V. Rafael. This post might be too late but which I think still needs to be posted. Here's the message:

"Dear Chess Friends & Enthusiasts,

We are deeply saddened by the news of our dear chess friend, Philippine National Master Renato P. Soria, passed away early this week. Rene has been living in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area for the last decade. Rene was 61 years old.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Rene and to his family and friends in this difficult time.
