CAAP to hold arbitration seminar

THE Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) Chess Club, Inc. in cooperation with the Chess Arbiters Association of the Phils. (CAAP) will hold a two (2) days 3-in-1 Chess Arbitration Seminar (Coaching, Organizing & Arbitration) on November 20-21 at the Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) High School, Cubao, Quezon City. Open to all coaches, teachers, amateurs, professionals or any individuals who want to learn the FIDE Laws of Chess and the basic skills of correct officiating in chess tournaments.

Well known International Arbiters led by IA Gene Poliarco and IA Erwin Carag and other notable National Arbiters are the primary lecturers and facilitators of this seminar. FIDE Laws of Chess manuals, certificates, handouts and snacks will be provided to participants. This seminar is limited to 30 participants only and will start at 8:00 am.
