TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

I. The tournament is open to all non-titled chess players 16 years of age and below (born not earlier than 1994)

Female titled players may join the tournament.

Players should bring proof of age (e.g. birth cert, passport or school ID)

II. The tournament format shall be a straight Seven round Swiss system

III. The time control shall be a 25 minutes for each player

IV. Tournament Prizes and Awards:

Champion Php 4,000.00 plus medal
2nd place Php 3,000.00 plus medal
3rd place Php 2,000.00 plus medal
4th place Php 1,000.00
5th-10th place Php 500.00 each
