Tagaytay battles Tarakan

The GM Wesley So-led Team Tagaytay will face Team Tarakan of Indonesia at the start of the 17th Asian Cities Team Chess Championships. This international tournament runs from April 22 to 28 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Seeded No.2, Team Tagaytay is heavily much favored against No.13 seed, all-women Tarakan Team which is led by Indonesian WGM Sukandar Irine Kharisma (2354).

It's a 1-2-4-6 punch for the all-GM Tagaytay Team. Let's hope and pray that this number blend (simply check the FIDE ratings, please) could bring home again the coveted title they first won in 2002.
