We would like to greet greet NM Atty.Edmundo Legaspi, a member of the NCFP Board of Directors, on his 60th birthday today (March 17).Celebrations will be held at his new home in Roosevelt San Pablo Homes Subdivision-Dinalupihan, Bataan. There will be a cycling tournament in the morning to be followed by a round robin chess tournament in the afternoon at 2pm for Olongapo chesplayers and friends.
